Coming from Dade:

• Take I-95 North to Miami Gardens Drive.
  
• Head East to US 1 (Biscayne Blvd) and make a left turn.
  
• Go to 191st Street and make a right.
  
• Go to 28th Avenue (immediately after gas station) and make a right.
  
• Then you will be in large parking lot; make the immediate second left and go all the
  way down until you can't go anymore.
  
• Office is directly in front of you and on door it says "Samantha Carella, PsyD and Associates".

For reference, Publix is in the large parking lot and to the right of the office.
Loehmann's plaza is to the right of Publix.

Coming from Broward:

• Take I-95 South to Ives Dairy Road.
  
• Head East (left) to US 1 (Biscayne Blvd) and make a right turn.
  
• Go to 191st Street and make a left.
  
• Go to 28th Avenue (immediately after gas station) and make a right.
  
• Then you will be in large parking lot; make the immediate second left and go all the way down until you can't go anymore.
